Overview:

The Microsystem Research Lab at the University of Missouri (Columbia, MO) invites applications for an immediate opening for a postdoctoral fellow position in the area of microfluidic and impedance-based MEMS biosensor development.

The candidate should be highly motivated with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a strong background and expertise in biosensing technology, MEMS/BioMEMS, and practical hands-on fabrication experience. The successful candidate will perform research activities including biosensor design and modeling, fabrication, testing and validation for detection of chronic wasting disease (CWD) prion, pathogens and viruses.
